In early 90’s there is a slow however inexorable conversion of the company from the production of coated almonds to that of chocolate pralines. In September 1995, after several tests, Maestro Sor Felice creates a praline made of a bean of “Santos” coffee, wood roasted and tasty plain chocolate coated. This praline will soon be called “ Cioccafè”. The product meets a quick and resounding success: new machines are installed, the staff is increased and the Cioccafè brand is internationally patented. On March 9, 2000, Maestro Sor Felice with his son Salvatore and his daughter Annalisa, founds Cioccafè S.r.l.
